JOB DESCRIPTION
ACI Hoist and Crane is looking for a highly motivated employee to organize our sales and customer service team.
ACI is a rapidly growing company and is looking for an individual that is willing to put forth the effort to increase our growth and grow with us. This individual will be responsible for handling/placing orders, managing customers and providing satisfactory customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Some travel will be required.
- Aptitude to learn technical aspects of hoists and cranes
- Ability to apply technical learnings to creating quotes
- Entering customers into CRM database
- Great customer service
- Able to deal with stressful/time sensitive situations
- Good communication skills with others
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Word
- Positive, Energetic attitude
- Address, mediate, and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues.
- Interact regularly with customers.
- Acquires uses and continuously develops personal technical and professional knowledge of products and general sales skills to assist customers and other company personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma with 6+ years of technical sales/customer service experience or BS degree
COMPENSATION
Basis for unit of salary/pay: Salary
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
HOURS
Hours per week: 40+
Shift: Day
